At APP, we're
dedicated to delivering your purchases as quickly and affordably as possible.
We offer a range of delivery and pickup options, so you can choose the shipping
method that best meets your needs.
Business Day Delivery:
Get next business
day free delivery, just make sure you place your order before 3:00 PM PST and
your delivery is over $300. Choose APP
Truck in the Shipping Method when checking out.
Call Ahead for
"Will-Call" service when phoning in your order between 8 am thru 4 pm
local time then pick up your items up just one hour later. Will-Call pickup
service is not available with online orders. Will-Call hours are between 8am
Customers not in
our free shipping areas can receive priority overnight service by calling +1
(626) 444-0000 and asking our customer service department or selecting for this
service when checking out.
Additional charges may apply for orders outside our local delivery areas,
including areas outside of the continental United States. Delivery fees, if
any, will be noted at checkout and subject to change without notice. Delivery
fees are non-refundable if the order or part of the order is returned unless
the product is damaged or defective. Based on inventory location, items may
arrive in more than one shipment and will be shown as separate charges on your
credit card statement. We will notify you of your estimated delivery date when you
place your order. Delivery dates noted apply to orders placed online, faxed or
via phone by 3:00 p.m. local time, when credit approval and product
availability are confirmed by 5:00 p.m. Deliveries are made between 5 a.m. and
7 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Friday orders will be delivered on the
following Monday. All Friday orders after 3:00 PM PST and all orders placed on
Saturday & Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Delivery
times are subject to holiday delivery schedules, inclement weather and acts of
